PCMI is an ISO 9001-2008 Certified machining facility that is capable of precision machining of parts in quantities of 1 to over 50,000 annually. The company has a diverse combination of turning centers and machining centers. Materials that are machined include aluminum castings, cast iron, cast steel, austempered ductile iron, stainless steel investment castings, bar stock, steel plates and aluminum plates. As a requirement to our in-house capability, we provide machining fixture design and building to ensure the best quality of machined parts. We have also developed strong relationships with suppliers to provide a wide range of castings, heat treating, and metal finishing services.
