Why PCMI?

• Traditionally an end user of a component would have to source the part design for selected process, tooling / pattern production, casting / injection molding and machining / assembly of the component.
• Since no one supplier in the supply chain will take final responsibility for delivery and quality, the end user must take responsibility. This process takes too much time and money.
• PCMI functions as your single source contact for all matters pertaining to purchasing, engineering and manufacturing. When you issue PCMI a purchase order for tooling, parts or assembly PCMI is responsible for the pattern / tooling design, tooling / pattern production, casting / injection molding, machining / assembly, the delivery schedule and full part quality documentation. This takes time and money out of the part procurement process for the end user.
